The story behind the image:
During a three-day trip in Zermatt, one of the peaks we wanted to climb was the Breithorn. This would be our first mountain with an altitude of over 4000 meters. To be honest it's also one of the easiest 4000meter peaks to ascend. Our goal was to capture the sunset on top of it and then ride down the mountain during blue hour down to Zermatt. Having mounted our skins on the skis we started our ascend. Since we weren't acclimatized too much, it was tougher than usual, but we already could feel the reward. Arrived on top it was not long until the light began to be golden. As the sun's angle started to decrease and the light began to soften, a cold breeze started. Our fingers were numb, but the spectacular sunset made us forget it. It was incredible to be standing at such a high altitude during sunset. It made us feel grateful for all that we have and that we could experience such extraordinary moments.
